Expand Services into Sales & Marketing

Teams of NCS engineers and project managers are appointed to manage a U.S. Fortune 500 company’s Malaysia IT desk; engineering computing; data center support; and computer network (throughout Penang, Kulim Hi-Tech Park, and Kuala Lumpur). NCS becomes ISO 9001:2008 certified. NCS expands its outsourcing services to include sales and marketing. A U.S. company listed on NASDAQ awards NCS to provide presales lead qualifications and client account management.

Becomes Top Human Resources Supplier

In engineering outsourcing, NCS becomes a top human resources supplier to the Penang Free Trade Zone and Kulim Hi-Tech Park, particularly in semiconductor design and testing.

A Fortune 500 company retains NCS to develop an in-house software application readable in all major languages used in the Asia Pacific region. For a different Fortune 500 Company project, NCS fully outsources and manages software validation.

NCS Commences its Executive Search Business Support Services

NCS opens its Kuala Lumpur operations. NCS subsidiary, Agensi Perkerjaan NCS Solutions, commences its executive search and permanent placement business support services.
